converting 21 se center console front seat into a fish box

Older 21SE. Seat in front of console is hollow. Any way to convert that into fish box/cooler?

My 21SE has a cooler/fishbox under the seat. It would be very aggravating to try to retro fit a box in the space without taking the top half of the console off.

Thought a rubbermaid storage bin might fit/work.
