Good Evening,

I recently became a member. I am currently in the process of buying a Parker 2320 1997 hull with 250 Suzuki 2022 on it. Everything on the boat is perfect; however, at the helm on the right-hand side, where the steering console attaches to the pilot house, there is one large crack (picture attached below). It only seems to be a cosmetic issue to me as the pilot house itself has no cracks. The back side also has a factory gap, which makes me believe it's aftermarket? I'm not sure if this is even factory or if someone has glassed in the helm to the house (I've seen other parkers where there is a gap present from the factory. I appreciate any feedback. Thank you.

I have the same year 2320 also with a 22 DF250 Suzuki on it. That’s a weird place for a crack. Where it’s all caulked that edge isn’t joined to the side of the hull, so I have no idea why they ran sealant there. I don’t know what could account for the cracking above it except for a flaw from the factory. I can shoot you some pix of mine the next time I run down to the marina. If you don’t mind can you pm me what you’re paying for it? I may be giving up mine after 25 years soon.
