Long shot, but looking for the plastic stock cup holder that goes up by bow on the right or left side … someone thot it was a rod holder and destroyed it- oops.

Can’t help with the stock rod holder, but one solution to apparently two of your problems would be to replace it with one of the solid SS rod/cup holders from Mate Series. In a lot of cases they’re a direct swap, or at least pretty easy to install.

I would replace with rod holder/cup holder combos.

I have some spare ones. How many you need?
