Dash / Interior paint?

I have some bubbling / peeling occurring on some for interior door frames and dash. What paint should I get to touch this up? Is it a gel coat?

I repainted my door frame a few years back with an almond epoxy appliance spray paint. Probably Rustoleum. It has held up just fine for the last five years or so. The worst part was taking it off the boat to avoid a mess.

I've got the same issue and was thinking the same thing - appliance paint. Another area I need to address is the black paint around the window trim...
