I am contemplating a used Parker with dog house but am of the age that I don't need another project. Is there a year after which the deck was manufactured, glassed on both sides perhaps, that eliminated the rot? So many of the used boats in my area, west Florida, seem to have repaired the decks or are about to. Not looking at a particular boat but something around 20'. Thanks in advance for your answers! ED
