I have a 98 2530 with 240HP Yanmar and Bravo 2x.

Cruise is 20kts at 2750 RPM at 6.75GPH, 23kts at 3000RPM at 7GPH. I was told to run this engine at 3000 but I like the way the boat rides at 2750. Max RPMs is 3450.
