Enclosure for a 2510

Hi All.

I’m a soon to be owner of a 2004 2510 and I am interested in replacing the isinglass panels and get a rear enclosure to keep helm dryer at the mooring. Wondering if these items were stock to order at one point or if I need to go the custom rout. Any direction would be most helpful.Thanks!!

If not, it’s not a big deal to get a canvas shop to do it. I redid mine last year using the existing canvas but replacing the isinglass.

Frankly, if you can find a local shop with a good reputation, you’re probably better off going that route. They can customize whatever you’d like, and their quality is probably better.

I think that is a recurring problem in most coastal regions. I’ve been trying to find a canvas shop to build an enclosure & spray wings for my CC for two months and no one can get to it until Feb. The other problem I’m seeing is the cost. The quotes I’m getting are over $6,000 for something that should be in the $3,500 range.
