Expected price for a 2-5yr old 21SE w/ <200hr 4 str?

In the market for such a boat and pricing is a bit tough to fix. What would you guys feel is a price you wouldn't be embarassed to have paid for one?

If it matters much i'd be looking at boats with t-tops and trailers and preferrably no bottom paint.
