When Pitchers and Catchers report to training I start thinking of getting out on the bay.

What is legal to catch in February? I read that the DNR yanked the gill netters.

today, i was @ hartford superior court all day, when i left around 3pm my temp read 52....is winter coming to a close in CT?

I have made a couple trips this year where the temps never got above freezing. This day we had to break through some thick ice around the ramp to get out.


BTDT- we are catch and release fishing for rockfish.
