Hello. I 'm a new owner of 2001 2510 MV and have found this site to be very helpful. I would like to install a fresh water holding tank and hoping a can get some suggestions where to install. Thanks Ed.

I believe most viable location is port side inside the small hatch opening into access space for fuel line. Parker staff at plant have been helpful in past with such questions. Good luck.

Thanks for the input. I was also looking into that space for the installation. Also, I'll make contact with Parker.

My 2530 has a 10 gallon tank installed as part of the galley package, it sits right behind the drawers in the curve of the hull.

Plastic tanks are pretty inexpensive, but I needed A custom shape. I made a tank out of plywood, filletted all the inside corners with epoxy paste, then sloshed epoxy around inside the completed tank. It was still working well after 10 years when I sold the boat.

I check with Parker and they are installing them on the port side by the access space for the gas line just as member Burtdow suggested. Now comes the fun part. Thanks to all for the input.
