FS: Bunker Spoon Setups - Seeker “BA1153M-8WL”, Avet LX (x2)

Hi all.

I haven’t posted on here in a long time!

I have two trolling outfits up for sale. I saved these after I sold my Parker because they were so new. I figured I would eventually buy another boat, but I have not.

Rods are Seeker “BA1153M-8WL” East Coast American Series. These are specifically made to troll bunker spoons with wire line.

Reels are Avet LX 6.0 in black.

The reels are loaded with Tony Maja braided trolling line. This line is marked in different colors in 100-foot segments (red, white, blue) with a 50-foot yellow section in between each color. It’s 80# test. I believe there is 300 yards on each reel. I didn’t use them enough to experience any break offs, so both reels are full.

These were purchased in 2011 from Tackle Direct. I used them twice right before I decided to sell my Parker. They’ve been stored in my home ever since. Both rods and reels are in excellent condition. There is very minor wear on the butt ends from the movement in the outrodders.

I am located in Monmouth county, New Jersey. Pickup is preferred, but I may be willing to ship.

Asking $1,000 for both.

I tried the Tony Maja spoons and Mann’s lures if I remember correctly. Didn’t use them enough to learn the proper technique though.
