here you go. i had my injectors cleaned and re-calibrated. they were all running rich, also see notes at the end. it was one of those tasks that fell into the "if it ain't broke don't fix it category". i sent them off anyway, boat is on trailer for winter, so i don't know if it will make any difference in performance or mpg.

anybody done this before, did it help. it cost $144, plus and additional $30 because two of them had to be taken apart.

when i scanned the document, it cam out kinda messed up, but here you go. AND merry christmas and happy new to all you guys.

Additionally, all six injectors were flooding at WOT and Idle/Part Throttle. After cleaning and flow testing the
set has stabilized and injectors #2,4,5 & 6 have comeJn.,to.§pec. Injectors #1 & 3 have improved but continue
to flood. After discussion with client, these two injectors have been adjusted and are now within spec. The
complete set is within spec and the percent of imbalance is now Excellent at Static Flow, 5 MSEC-WOT
and 2.5 MSEC-Idle/Part Throttle. New screen and o-rings have been installed.

The price quoted sounds like cheap insurance for what you got. 8)

Thanks for posting that John.. hard to make out the numbers but the comments are interesting. Will really like to hear how the engine performs in the spring and if you notice any difference. Have you ever noticed any side effects or symptoms that would indicate that some of the injectors were flooding at WOT?

For instance, did the related spark plugs have any noticable differences?

Fair if not excellent price, specially given that detailed report! My bro got his done and got a less detailed report given verbally, $25 each too.

John, please post company contact info. I would like to buy some of the screens and o-rings if they sell them separately.

Capt John: I re-read your original post and wonder where I came up with that. Sorry.

A friend of mine did as you did with the injector cleaning on his OX66, but he had a hesitation problem. It ended up being a bad O2 sensor.
