Fuel starvation issue

I find it difficult to pinpoint the exact cause and take a systematic approach and look at the entire fuel system starting with the easy stuff

I had a similar issue and after a lot of trial and errors, found the fuel line coming out of rigging tube which had a 90 deg bend into the motor cowling was kinked
