Thank you very much for all the information once I get my boat back I'll take measurements of trim tabs and figure out some other things take some more pictures and post them again thank you very much any help is greatly appreciated.

2520's work much better with 24x9 tabs.
The factory 12x12's are just way too small for this hull.

Has anybody tried any different props or had any other luck to try to stop the vibration or to get the RPM's up?

Is the current prop bent or ?
Something not right if have vibrations

Check with Prop Gods for prop

Is the motor mounted, the height, is it correct?

I'm in a similar boat, currently repowering a 2003 2520 XL sport cabin with bracket with a 250 G2 HO

Wondering if anyone has something similar and can suggest props?

I run charters, so I'm usually heavily loaded. Probably going to start with my old prop (15.8X15" quicksilver thunderbolt) and go from there.
