Gas cap

While fueling up I dropped ss fuel cap in water off my 2310 and was unable to retrieve.Replaced with seadog cap(recomended by local marine mechant0 that works but not flush with deck.Im looking for original.Was told by local parker salesman at boat show that cap is not sold separately.Any help.Thanks

If you can find the guy with the PH that was run over by the Albemarle a few weeks back he may send you his, otherwise you will need to replace the fuel fill fitting.
