Finally done (for now anyway).

New boat was delivered 6/15 with just the factory guages in it.

Installed the following over the last couple weeks:

- Garmin 3210 multi function 10" display preloaded with full coastal bluechart g2.

- Garmin gmr-18 4KW radar dome on a 5" seaview mount.

- Humminbird Matrix 47-3D six-beam fishfinder.

- Northstar F-210 fuel flow computer.

- AM/FM/CD/MP3/WMA with a 400W amp and a pair of speakers hanging down in the rear corners of the pilot house. (might install two more in the cockpit but not sure if I need them.)

Dealer installed the Lewmar 700 Pro windlass, two additional parker rodholders in the gunwale, and the spreader lights before delivery.

All wiring is completely concealed in the wiring channels with the exception of the radar cable which is run down along the window frame and down the side of the house. It comes thru the roof under the dome light, then runs along the front side of the thicker part of the interior roof to the side where it comes down the window frame. Didn't want to drill any unnecessary holes.

Fuel flow meter shows 12 - 12.5gph at 4800rpm, 28-30mph, giving just under 2.5mpg. At 4000 I get about 8-9gph and about 20-22mph which is about the same mpg just 10mph slower. Wide open it only burns 15-16 gph at 34mph which is still over 2mpg! Not too bad. Oh yeah in the creek at no wake speed it's about 5mpg, just over 1gph and about 6-7mph. If I can cruise around at that speed all day I'd save a ton of cash!

The orange life ring was inspired by the photos of the Mary Alice here. :)

Wow... very nice job!

Good equipment and execution, and some great photos! :D
Time to go have some fun!

Yup this site is great to have for reference. Got to see what the 10" garmin looked like in the dash and how well it fit before I even bought it, got some other questions answered in the planning stages.

Yes I've been very busy. All worth it of course, but if I never make another cutout in fiberglass that will be fine with me. :) Now hopefully I can answer some questions when the next new guy comes along.

Steve - Nice work. Now go out and get some blood on the deck! I will most likely see you in the fall, as I chase stripers up and down the coast. I run out of Great Egg Inlet.
