grease fitting

There are three grease fittings on the front of my 2004 225 4 stroke yamaha.2 are easily accessed but there is one behind the steering cylinder which cannot. can I get some advice on the easiest way to get to this fitting,looks like the steering cylinder will need to be removed? Thanks mike

Do you have a flex hose on your grease gun and have you tilted the motor around?
