I have a 2005 2320 and would like to replace my helm chair to ladder back but have been told it may interfere with the side mounted throttle. Has anyone replaced the stock chair with a ladder back they could recommend at a resonable price. (REASONABLE- relatively speaking in boating terms)

And I also was wondering if the ladder back chair would work?

I like the reclinochair but realistically I'd like a ladderback. I currently have the standard chair.
