I just bought a 2003 Parker 2510, and I didn't know there were two different hull designs. How can you tell the difference between the Mod v and the Deep v? There is nothing on the paperwork or boat that indicates either.

Also, this boat came with a 2003 Yamaha 250 HPDI 2 stroke. Does anyone have performance data on this motor (ie. fuel consumption, cruising rpms)? I have not owned a 2 stroke in a long time. This motor seems to push this boat pretty good in the Chesapeake Bay.

Thanks

Here are some pics of my rig. I still don't see how to tell the difference without measuring the deadrise. Am I correct? Is there not identifying numbers or features to the deep v versus the modified v? Again, thank for the feedback.
