How to hide screws when using starboard !!!

I see a lot of you all making projects out of starboard.....

If you want to hide screw heads you do not have to hide them.....

You need 1/4 sheet of same colored board and a "TAPERED" plug cutter...

use appropriate matching "FOSTNER" bit to pre drill holes then a smaller v shaped drill counter sink to drill through

sink screw least 1/3 below surface(1/4 for 3/4 starboard)

Use tapered cutter to cut plugs from 1/4 board....

Use crazy glue and put it on plug edges take plug and hammer in as far as you can without it going below surface ..let stand 5 min....

Use 80 grit to take it down, 120 to smooth and then 180 to fine sand entire area...............

I use a FEIN multi mate it does not swirl so it doesnt destroy finish...
