It is a sickness of the likes I've never seen.....no known cure...once it is in it's advanced stages it accelerates and spreads.

I clearly made improvements with switching from the stock F225 prop going to a 14.24 X 17 stilleto but I think there is room for more....

Here is a thread back when I made the switch.

I think I've read everything here about props and a lot on THT and I think what I need to try next is a Rev 4 in 14 5/8 X 15 or 14 5/8 X 17

So on this dreary rainy Sunday with no motivation to do much.. I have to work tonight..

Questions.. Comments....

Try the 15" pitch ... and I hope it works for you. I once tried a premium cupped 4-blade prop on my mod-V hull and it didn't work for me. It gave me soooooooooooooooooo much bow rise that I had to really lower the bow using trim tabs or I could not see over the bow.

I sold it to a friend with a 200hp on a deep-V (22-degrees) 22' CC and it was amazing the results difference on his hull. Where I got bow lift, he got stern lift, only lost < 50RPMs, increased his cruise speed and mpg, and could track better in turns and when running offshore.

FWIW this is not the 1st time I have heard of this situation trying the same prop on different shaped hulls.

It is a sickness Richard...
Wanna see photos of all the props I've tried the past few years? :D
