I was privilaged enough to get to climb aboard the new 34 wow it is better in person huge huge huge. The door into the piolit house is a real door and tall no hitting head. Stand up shower a liitle small but it has a shower. granite couter top around the sink. The v birth is not as big as i thought it would be but it has shelves around it. The aft cabin is big enough for 2 people to sleep and the dinnette is big. it wraps around you can sit and look out the big rear window. The second station is wide(needs a power knob on the wheel. overall Parker has out done themselves! The only thing is i dont know how ypou get your rods in and out of the rocket launcher pretty high up there The foldable bench seat in the cockpit is very heavy duty. I cant wait to go on a ride.

I guess closer to $250,000, a 28' with twin F250's is around $130,000 and this is alot more boat and motor.

I'm saying 250K nicely equiped.

Now your talking.....

What equipment would you like?

Me: tower with steering station up top, outriggers, radar (no dome here.. I'm talking big) just to name a few.

10-4, I was going off a quote I got when I was considering the 28', the quote I got included rear station, trailer & some other small things. I know the rear station on the twins is really expensive due to the DBW controllers. I wonder if the rear or (aux) steering station is optional on the 34' looks built in? I guess we will find out soon enough.

was on one also yesterday also, the quote i got was $279000 as equiped which was as basically standard equipment. standard equipment was however pretty impressive. bow thruster, windlass, folding bench seat, second station etc. sleeps 6

There could be a big difference between "Hey how much is it?" and "No, seriously, I would like to buy this boat".

Also I thought there was only 1 so far, were you on the same one as the OP?

i absolutely agree with you on that, i did ask more of the "hey how much is this boat" sort of question. as far as being the same boat as the OP, I was on the boat in sayville long island and im not sure where he is from but they did say this was the only one as well. he also said that there was 2 more but they are still in production.

The standard equipment I would expect on this boat would be...bow thruster, windlass, folding bench seat, second station etc. sleeps six....oh, did somebody already say that? :?

Come on you guys!! Let's get real here for just a second. Without a bow thruster, as many of you know I am sure, this boat would be impossible to control while docking in a cross current with wind from either port or strbd! My 2520XLD is a bitch enough in those conditions. A folding bench seat??? Make it an option instead. Second station....uh yeah!! Windlass...i would hope so! Sleeps six.....maybe. Comfortably? Doesn't look like it. is a generator standard, and if so where is it placed? I have heard it goes in a box in the cockpit . I wrote my opinions on another post, but I must say many of you are acting as though this is the second coming!! IF..and i stress IF, that is really the price then I want standard fold down bunks, full hvac, 2 flat screens, a fully collapsible dinette to make a queen and some nice wood trim. As far as the trim goes, at least seamless corners. Do you all know exactly what you can get for $279,000 in a boat, or are we acting like this for some sort of fuzzy warm fee
The majority of the forums that I use boat and motorcycles offer more constructive criticism then I find here, and to be honest it helps!! :?
