Ideas for modifing gunnels on 2120sc

I purchased an 06 2120sc repo. She had the gennel rod storage mounts removed. Does anybody have any cool ideas for tackle/ mics. storage shelfs?

I had a hard time understanding where the center of my rack scuba tank, I did. Measured in pages nope. nope measured gate, bridge plate is not centered. So I asked an engineer at Parker, and he said he is not supposed to be. do not know why, but hey am not a naval architect does.
