insulated fishbox?

hey guys trying to get some good info on how to build a insulated fish box below deck between my live well and bilge theres a lot of unused space down there so i just want to turn it in to a self-contained insulated fish hold no drains nice and easy

If it is a fish box with no drains, what will you do with all the slime, blood and melted ice that is leftover after a day of fishing? Maybe I am thinking about something else.
