Hello, I'm a newbie in boating and I'm interested in a used 2120 SC F150. I was wondering on how much do they cost around here in So. California? I have a '94 Landcruiser rated to tow up to 5,000 lbs- would it be adequate to tow the 2120? What is the normal hours lifespan of the F150? I'd appreciate any input. Thanks!

For SoCal, check out Crows Nest in Mission Bay, San Diego for pricing on new boats. Look in craigslist SD, OC, Ventura for used prices. Haven't seen any 2120's in the local used market for a while though. I tow my 2120 with a 4runner also rated for 5000lbs. It's pretty close to the max but I usually just tow short distances between storage and launch ramp. Made the tow from SD to Dana Pt ok. Just make sure to keep your tires, brakes, etc. maintained in top condition and you shouldn't have any trouble.
Fred Hall show in Long Beach this weekend. Crows Nest will be there, so maybe a good time to make a killer deal on a new 2120!

Will definitely be at Freds Hall this Sunday. However, my budget is around 20 to 25k so I might have to settle for a used one.
