Introduction

Hey Guys,

I am from Winterville, NC and keep a 26' Regulator in Morehead City. I have been thinking really hard about getting a used 1801 and figured this would be a good place to starts looking and asking questions. We obviously have what we are going to use for offshore but looking for a good boat to fish inside and take to the sandbar and so on.

Welcome to CP. Nice boat you've got there. But you won't regret picking up a 1801!

Thanks, I appreciate it. I actually just bought an 1801 yesterday and have been on it all day. I am really enjoying it a lot. Now, I just have to work out a few kinks.

You won't find a finer inshore boat than the one you bought.
With the price of fuel right now, that was a good investment. 8)
