leaning post removal

hi everybody, I have a 2000, 2100DVCC and want to remove my leaning post-livewell combo to recaulk the deck-livewell union. is it just a matter of unscrewing it from the deck and disconnecting the hoses or is it thru bolted. all advice is wellcome. thanks troutboy.

Removing mine was a snap. Unscrewed the screws, took along razor blade and cut all the sealant around and under the well/rest and it lifted right up. I detached the hose from the rear pump before i lifted to make sure nothing was being pulled.

Replacing is yet to be seen, but it doesnt look bad. Waiting for some warm weather.
