Great idea!

I wonder how that 'satin almond' color (see below) would match? It might turn out lighter, if/when painted over a white base.

I saw it at the hardware store
And it dos look dark :?
Dover white is like dead on too just half of a hair light
And when I say that it would have to depend on age of boat
I could not be happier with the match :D
I wiped it all down with paint thinner "As recommended by Kylon"
I did have to put on about 6 coats to cover blue “3” cans there small
But It dries just about as fast as you can spry it " light coats" :)
And they recommend you put all coats on before 4 hrs are up
And wait 7 days for full cure
That’s when ill put the sticker on :D
 
Cool! Thanks for the added info. You're so right about 'age' affecting colors, as well as PC screens and color chip et al.
