I would be fishing 40-60 miles offshore.How does this boat handle 2-4 ft chop.Is it a dry ride.Rough ride I see it has a 16 degree deadrise.Boat feels huge.Thanks for tour help.
 
If you are looking to fish it offshore my personal opinion is to go with the DV model.
 
i had a 23se it didn't do well offshore i have a 2520 dv now it is a much better ride for me

I agree, I have a 23se, great boat but have had some rough trips offshore. Id go DV for sure.
 
I agree . I have a 03 2520DV with 300hrs that I never get to use. But When I do I like off shore.. For sure DV is the way to go .. IF your ever in the columbia SC area .. You can try mine first .. Might even think of selling..
