I know that the engine needs work but at this price, and relative close proximity to where you are, you should consider looking at this. I may even take a ride to look at it. If the only thing wrong is motor you can have a nice rig for under 20k. Anyway, good luck

Use the website www.searchtempest.com. Put in parker, choose boats, and a radius and you will see several listed on craigslist all around you. Good luck
