You can see the nonskid better on this pix.

Here is the easier access. The Stainless marine piehole cover is gone....Good riddance to that damn thing that has to be silicone sealed to peak in the bracket tub. Replaced with a larger "8in" Armstrong piehole.

Is there a direct replacement piehole available?

No and you wouldn't want it anyway. Always think ahead and make your life easier. Bigger holes are easier to get into. :)

Rainy day here, but the Big Brown truck showed up with the parts I need to build the livewell.

Had to get the 30gal drum to get the height. I want a portable livewell. The last one [Kodiak 42gal] was very nice, but sometimes they just take up to much room when you don't need it.

This will allow the drain to just dump over the side. The bottom of the drain fitting is installed aprox 1/2in to 3/4in higher than the washboards on the boat.

Yes. Paint not thinned. Rustolum nonskid additive added to paint. 4in wide Glass coater roller cover used.

Checked on a part today.

The first gellcoat was sprayed in the mold. Crows Nest Console.

Looking pretty official my friend. Can't wait to see this master piece complete. Are you doing second station controls on the crows nest with the new motor??
