I just finished installing a pair of Bennett M120's today with the EIC switch, the installation went very smooth. I followed the directions, and made no mistakes that I am aware of.

The problem is when I press the switch to move the tabs on the starboard side they move on the port side, and vice versa on the port side. I went over the wiring and everything is fine. The green wire from the starboard side and the red wire from the port side are in the correct ports on the EIC module. The hydro lines are also correct, the port side to the connection with the "p" and the starboard side to the connection with the "s" on the HPU.

What can I do to correct this? Should I just switch the hydo lines and the EIC wires? Can the HPU be wrong?

Any feedback would be great.

My Bennett buttons work the bow, not the tabs. Port button works the starboard tab to move the port bow down/up.

like jeffnick said, usually the tabs are in reference to what you want the BOW to do, not the tabs. hence, if the boat is riding port side high, you hit the DOWN tab on the port button. if you want the bow down, hit DOWN on both buttons, and the same for up.

So I did it right? The indicator lights do not really tell you were the actual tab is on that side, they tell you what side of the boat you are adjusting... It is opposite. I know it sounds confusing, I think I am confusing myself. But I understand what you are saying.
