Need some help or ideas

Hello,
I have a 2005 2520, I am expecting another child, so I am looking to make more space in the pilot house. Currently I have the pilot seat on the starboard side and a bench with a built in microwave on the port. Ideally I would love to get rid of the bench and install a folding dinette that makes another bunk.. does anyone here have any info as to who does this kind of work? Does parker sell this option?

You're going to want to cruise the Project pages, as we have had members modify their cabins both ways.
We have has folks who have built benches which double as another bunk, and we have had folks who have removed their benches for more room.

Re-configuring the pilothouse seems to be a popular theme because everyone has their own idea of what is 'just right'.
