Same river, but I was about 1-mile further up river, at the corner where Eagle Neck River dumps into the Parker River. We call this spot Horsehow Flats, due to its shape, that can only be seen at low tide (9' tides).

That's something we never see around here..... Our tide change is about 1ft. Sure looks weird to see your boat High & Dry.
