Well I just picked up a nice 1999 1801! Took delivery today, the gentleman I purchased it from said it was custom ordered directly from Parker. It is equipped with pop up cleats/bow light no rear jump seats,a front casting platform, polling platform and Lenco Troll n Tabs. The boat appears to be in decent shape aside from some cosmetic(I hope) issues, like stress cracks, rotted thru hull, dings, broken seat lid on front of the console. So far. The tabs trim up and down, but the electric motors are not hooked up and one is missing a prop.I need to replace the under gunnel rod holders with something else.
Ill work on some pics.

whats the best way to pump the fuel tank,I'd like to clean it out over the off season. My last boat had a bunch of crap in the tank and it reaked havoc on my season and pocket$$$. so I'd like to eliminate that potential issue before it happens again
thanks,Jerry

Disconnect the fuel line from the motor, hang the line into a barrel or have several containers lined-up and ready to be filled, put the free end of the fuel hose into the container (must be running downhill), pump the primer ball a free times and fuel will start flowing.

On a 3/8" hose, it will take about 15-20 minutes to fill 5 gallons.

I have an in line high pressure fuel pump to expedite the process,I guess the best place for access would be the sending unit hole? Will it allow me to see the bottom of the tank so I can be sure Ive gotten everything out? Does it allow direct access to the lowest point?

It is, but be very careful when removing the screws.
They are aluminum, and easily damaged.

When you put it all back together, give those screws a liberal coating of never-seize made for aluminum.
