Not on mine. Although I have 200+ hrs on it, it is stored for the most part out of the UV. That is one of the reasons (other than looks) I peeled them......because I did not want any ghosting.
 
I pulled all pin striping and logos off and placed the boats name where the Parker logo was on the house.
