non-skid redo questions

Ok I know its been covered before,but Ive used the search and read as many posts as I could and my head was spinning. Is there a thread with a how to,re-roll the standard Parker gelcoat? Is it as simple as, sand,clean,clean,tape,roll gel coat,sprinkle sand,let dry, roll second coat of gel coat?
Also whats the best way to repair the small spider/stress cracks? Clean,dremmel,then fill with what before I roll the gelcoat?

... just a topic that's been covered 'floor to ceiling' before. Try the searches, as posts have been recent.

If using gelcoat, I'd fill w/ Formula27 myself.

I just rolled my deck again with gelcoat and Allgrip fine mixed in. It feels great. PM me and I will share details.
