As for power, YES the F-150s will be plenty of power. I have a 05 2520DV with the F-150s on a bracket and usually run 6 guys, gear, 270qt cooler and power is never an issue. The boat will top out right at 47mph and cruise at 31mph making 2.3mpg loaded. Get the F-150s you will love them!!!
Price, mine was 65,000 before TT&L, combing pads, rocket launchers, wash down, bench seat (which I highly recommend), Twins on a bracket, west coast bow rail(also highly recommend), swim ladder, spreader light, and a tri-axle aluminum trailer. It will be one year old in June.
