The Admiral and I just spent the past week in NOLA, MS, AL, and a tiny piece of FL during Mardi Gras week.
During my tours of the marinas, boatyards, and docks, I kept my eyes open for Gulf Coast Parkers, and finally found one in Dauphin Island Alabama.

We had taken the ferry to Dauphin Island as walk-ons, and just happened to see this older Parker 2520 (a Parker Sou`wester model) right next to the ferry landing on Dauphin.
The logo she was wearing was just like the one below, so I'm guessing she was a late 80's boat.

This boat appears to be a research vessel for the Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM), and for her age, she seemed to be in pretty good shape.
