Parker 2520XLD Engine Issue

I have a 2011 2520XLD with twin Yamaha 200s. My starboard engine needed a fuel pump changed last year. The end of last season it started vibrating... I told the Yamaha dealer who services the engines. Upon doing the winterization they found the #2 plug was lean. Which probably indicates an injector issue...? My problem with this situation is the repair shop owner on more than one occasion stated that he's had problems with Parker boat fuel tanks. He's states they are of inferior material and debris gets into the fuel system. I can find nowhere any topics or discussion of this nature. I have found discussions on Yamaha pump and injector issues. Can anyone further enlighten me on this. I did years of searching for my dream boat and I believe this is it. I hope this guy just isn't brand bashing. He is not a Parker dealer, just a Yamaha service shop.

After working with the yamaha dealership we found that changing the 10 micron filter to a 2 micron filter help solved the fuel issues. I also stop using the startron brand additive and strictly used yamaha ring free plus. I've had no service issues since....
