Make sure you put a camber on the roof. Nothing in boat construction says "I'm a rookie" faster than a flat roof on a cabin. Most common camber is a 3-4" rise over the course of 10ft.

no camo, that was guide coat to see the highs and lows in the glass here are some pics of my first gelcoat expierience.ordered the parker color from my dealer but @$45 a quart i want to learn with the plain old white gelcoat so this is just a base that i will sand for my final coat

How thick did you make the top? Just looking it appears as though the top on my 2120 is much thicker.

All my windows came from Wynne. I highly recommend opening front windows so as to get some air flow. It makes a Hell of a difference.

The thickness of the edges of the roof top should be increased for ascetic's. Plus it would allow the glass to roll around that edge much easier.

Example.

I call this a spoiler. :)

Not only does it function if you take a wave over the hardtop to shed water, but it add's a lot of strength also.
