Placard with max horsepower etc?

Where is the placard located that lists the maximum passengers and max horsepower rating located on a 2001 parker 2320? I have owned my boat for about 6 years now and I suspect it was removed at some point. I am thinking it should be somewhere in the helm area but it is not.

Parker usually puts them on the transom.. That's where I have on my 25.

My 1996 model 2520 has a transom plate, but it only lists who manufactured the boat, and where.
No HP or weight rating.

The plate is just above the CCA MD sticker.

mine is on the lower dash in a 2000 2310 you cant miss it

Thanks. I am not the original owner so mine must have been removed or etc. awhile back I let the coast guard auxiliary do a courtesy safety inspection of my boat/gear. The guy doing the inspection seemed a bit unnerved when he asked to see the placard and I told him there was not one. Lol

I am aware of the basic specs on the boat based on information from parker.

Capacity plates are only required on motorized monohull boats less than 20 feet in length.
