Will pumping my fuel tank dry, depressurize the engine's fuel or anything like that? Got my tank low for winter storage and wanted to get the last 10-15 gals out for fresh fill in spring.
 
If you disconnect the fuel line at the primer ball and pump from there you will simply be removing all fuel from upstream of that point. All of the other fuel will remain as is in the engine fuel filter, VST, fuel injector rails, etc.

I completely pump my tank dry all the time and it has no effect whatsoever on fuel that is in the motor.
