So I recently purchased a 2007 21 CC and it was very well maintained. The only thing I noticed that concerns me are some small cracks in the back right corner of the baitwell. I know I could just re-silicone the base and smere some over the cracks but I've been thinking about replacing the baitwell all together in fear that water may find its way in eventually and soften the floor. My questions are: Can I get just the baitwell without the leaning post and where can I get the exact baitwell? Everything above the baitwell is fine and could be transferred onto new baitwell.
Second: How difficult would this be and has anyone done something like this? I do full body collision repair work on cars so I'm very good with my hands, tools and troubleshooting. Just trying to be proactive here, any help is greatly appreciated.

Can you repair it in place? It would seem it would be easier than pulling it apart.
That is definitely an option. Is there a brand of glass that matches the color of the deck? I've worked with fiberglass on classic cars but it always gets primed and painted after the work is complete. I just want to make sure if I repair in place that it blends nicely. Do you know what most people use on the Parker decks?

Good.......Remove it....flip it over......grind and fiberglass it from the backside.

The PITA will be disconnecting and re conecting the drain and fill hoses.....And you "May" need to disconnect the other ends of the hoses in order to get some slack.
