I was wondering if anyone can help me with advice on how to install more gunwale rod holders. I picked up a few more for my 25se from the local parker dealer. Thanks.
 
Hey Bryan that was some hell of a job that you did looks like is coming along there good job!!!Great photos and step by step you have there as well!!!

Reference the sketch below for additional install help. I lay a long extension drill over a 30-degree block (used as a guide) to make my PILOT hole. You can TURN the guide block to whatever angle to the gunnels, i.e., looking DOWN at the deck from above, you need. A pretty slick trick if you ask me.

Then I use a holesaw to cut in the rod holder tube, but I REVERSE the drill bit in the holesaw chuck so the non-cutting end is OUT and acts like a guide or PILOT into the hole you already cut.
