Due to work I have to go up to Salisbury Mass., Anyone know of a good place to stay and/or fish?

Stripers Inn & Restaurant is right on the Merrimac in Salisbury, right across from downtown Newburyport, with very easy access to the local boatramps and short drive to the fishing spots.

As far as fishing spots go, you are 10 minutes from the NH Seacoast, Merrimac River, Newburyport, Plum Island, etc.. if any of those places ring a bell.

Once you arrive, it is well worth the drive over to Surfland on Plum Island. They will provide you with any info and equipment you need.. one of the most famous surf fishing shops in the NE.
