I have a 2005 2520 pilothouse and usually close all windows and ports when not in use. I noticed that there is a build up of salt crystals on the aluminum window frames and aluminum seat supports. Anybody have a similar experience. Hopefully, someone may have discovered a cure. If I were to make a guess, I think it is because there is a lack of air in circulation. Thanks for your help

Good ventilation is key.

Corrosion protection can be had by using Woodys Wax on the metal surfaces.
Easy to do as part of your normal cleaning and maintenance.
