Hey everyone,

Wanted to post a few upgrades we been hard at work over the last few weeks on the SEASONS, getting her ready for the upcoming 2010 White Seabass season.

After last season full make over in the house with new captain bunk and all custom shelves we had one last step to complete inside.

We do a lot of over night trips fishing the bait grounds of Catalina Island here in California and were always having problems killing our bait and batteries after a long night on the hook making squid.

It does not look like we will have this problem any longer as we have added sep batteries for cranking and also a house section for electronics, micro and more..

The only thing set up on the cranking batteries is the windless.

We have also added a Xantrex PRO Inverter XM 1000 and also a 20 amp charger.

Enjoy the pics guys!

Moved the batteries from the bilge up and out of the way in case a chance of water below...

Had to move the washdown, still have to fix the old hole.

A look inside in the bench where the inverter and charger now call home.

I put the remote close to me at the helm to power on/off and also be able to check the batteries from my captains bunk in the middle of the night.

Nice projects!

Hpw about a pic pf the teak shelf running across the front of the V berth.

Ditto...

Nice work Jamie- I'll stop by your booth at the show.

nice work, makes me long for a full transom boat. my batteries and switch are in one of the storage boxes, not in the bilge area.

Nice work.

My batteries are in the transom well above the bilge. I plan to drop a second house battery in the bilge for the electronics...getting them off the starboard side starting battery (that doubles for the house based on the factory installation). Been many a night I ran the radar and fish finder all night to end up with a battery that wouldn't start the starboard motor.

What kind of charging devices did you put in to balance the charge across the multiple batteries?

Sorry for the late reply guys, yes the new install has worked perfect for those over night trips and had no rolled bait or dead batteries on trips.

Hope everyone has a killer season on there PARKERS and good fishing !
