This is what I use also.

I use the round plastic dividers that go in 5 gal buckets. You can get them at Home Depot and Lowes. The ones I have are bright yellow and have three compartments. They are heavy duty to hold nails, screws, and other hardware. 4 can be stacked in a bucket. They are the cat's meow for stuff like sinkers.

Hello well as others said i use as well is the plactic round bins that go in 5 gallon bucket i lueave that in dock box cause of the space it takes up on boat so i bought a square bin that has dividers in it and and locking top it works great got it home depot for $10 or so works awesome i can take a pic. if you need to see what i am talking about!!
