SS prop polishing

Prop needs a good polishing b/c it sat in the water before I bought it.
I tried cleaning by hand but didnt have rubbing compound.
What are your recommendations?

take it to a prop shop let them clean them and check the pitch just do standard maintenance on it. Should cost 50 bucks.

I have a 200HPDI
With a 2120SC
I was checking out the Yamaha web site

And they have a HS4 “high Seas” Prop
I guess it’s new…
It says its good for 200-300 HP
I use my boat mainly for Scuba Diving. …Some fishing
Do you think this prop would give me more torque in the water
I was thinking of it based on the weight I carry on board
I also am going to try out that Prematrim hydrofoil this spring

The pitch is too high on the HS4 prop, I believe they start at 21"

No offense but you have zero chance of spinning that high seas prop. They have 21pitch and up. You would be better off with a rev 4 or powertech 17-19

Mine has always been shiney, but I hang out with a guy who used to race HP garveys and he says you get much better bite when the prop is not shiney and brite. I can't say for sure, just though I'd pass it along... 8)
